You use this indicator to specify whether the FM account assignments formed with this commitment item

  • Represent a collective expenditure posting for an FM account assignment (role 1)
    or
  • Are managed using collective expenditures (role 2)

Note: Collective expenditure roles have a different meaning for the customer groups "German local authorities" and "EU administration".

German local authorities

  • Role 1
    The FM account assignments formed with this commitment item are budgeted and posted to.
  • Role 2
    The FM account assignments formed with this commitment item map the collective expenditure commitment items in a subsection in the system.

EU

  • Role 1
    The FM account assignments formed with this commitment item constitute the central account assignments that are posted to.
  • Role 2
    The FM account assignments formed with this commitment item constitute the local collective expenditure FM account assignments that are budgeted but not yet posted to.

Dependencies

The commitment items must have the financial transaction 30. They must also be checkmarked as being directly postable.
