Use
The assignment object in the payment budget defines the level on which the assignments in the payment budget are checked against the budget.
You should only work with assignment objects if the assignments are to be checked on a high budget level, but the budget was distributed in a very detailed way.
If the assignments are to be checked on the lowest level, which means against the detailed payment budget, then no assignment objects are required.
