Definition
Budget scope to be used for FM fund types
Use
The budget scope refers to whether you want to have your funds managed on a yearly or on an overall level (that is, for all years). Make a selection from the dropdown list in this column in order to specify this per fund type.
For FM account assignments containing this fund, you must also specify the checking horizon (annual or overall) for availability control.
Note
If the FM area for this fund type is used for multi-year budget execution, then blank means "overall", that is, this is the only permissible value. If you are not working with multi-year budgets, then the default value is always "annual".
