In this field, you define how budget objects and posting objects are processed by making the following entries:

• "I": Funds center/commitment item is generated as budget object/posting
  object
• "D": Budget object/posting object for funds center/commitment item is
  deleted
• " ": the current setting for the funds center/commitment item
  remains unchanged

If you make an entry that already exists for the funds center/commitment item, the entry is ignored.
