Use

The following options available for this:

• If the status of earmarked funds documents Creation allowed (green traffic light), you can carry out the following activities for these earmarked funds:
• Create Value Adjustment
This is possible if the earmarked funds document has the symbol @0Y@ with tooltip Create Value Adjustment in the column Activity.
• Change Value Adjustment
This is possible when the earmarked funds document has the symbol @0Z@ with tooltip Change Value Adjustment in the column Activity.
• If the status of the earmarked funds documents is Creation not allowed (red traffic light), you can display why you could not create a value adjustment for these earmarked funds documents in the log.
