Definition

Defines the name of the first payroll period in the fiscal year.

Use

You usually define the fiscal year, which starts on April 6 of one year and ends on 5 April of the following year, by specifying both years. For example, the first payroll period in the year 2000 is described as 01 2000/2001.

However, it is not possible to use both years in the SAP system. To do so, in this field, you must specify whether the first or the second year should be used to identify the payroll period.

The following entries are possible:
