Definition
The name of a file created by the report for selecting open items depends on whether the file was created by the standard report FPO1 or the mass activity FPO1P.
If the file was created by FPO1, the name contains the user that ran the report and the date the report was run.
If the file was created by FPO1P, the name is made up of the identification of the mass activity run and the individual interval. The program creates a file for each interval.
