Definition
This function sorts the list output of availability queries so that preferred airlines are shown first.
Example
For example, if the three preferred airlines are Lufthansa (LH), British Airways (BA), and American Airlines (AA), these are displayed first in the list, followed by the remaining airlines.
Comments
This indicator serves exclusively as a sort criterion.
Note
The specifications regarding preferred airlines can be overridden by the settings for allowed airlines in Customizing for Travel Planning, in which case the preferences are not applied.
