Use

Use this budgeting run type to forecast the property tax if you have already executed a final run of the report for this tax declaration year, for example, if you execute the budgeting run for 2005 and 2006 in August 2005, and you have already carried out the final run for the 2005 tax declaration.

Dependencies

The report bases this year's forecast on the data from the last update run (irrespective of whether it was a provisional or update run). It does not recalculate additional depreciation.

The report bases next year's forecast on the values forecast for this year, and uses the same additional depreciation rates.
