Definition
Classifies a dispute case and must be specified for each dispute case. If differentiates, for example, dispute cases of the type Incorrect Invoice from dispute case of the type Missing Payment.
The internal dispute types are defined by SAP and are not part of Customizing, since the process integration builds on them.
Incoming payments are, for example, only entered in dispute cases of the type Missing Payments. Likewise, credits posted are only entered in dispute cases with the dispute type Missing Credit.
