Definition

Indicates the deviation from the previous meter reading in the following cases in which no consumption should normally accrue:

• Disconnected or inactive installation
• Move-in
• Devices not allocated to an installation

Dependencies

If this deviation exceeds the permissible fixed value deviation, the meter reading result fails independent validation 96 (fixed value deviation).
