Definition

This specifies the vehicle class of the selected rental car. The vehicle class is based on general industrial standards and classifies certain vehicles according to equipment and size.

Note:
The vehicle class of the rental car is automatically supplied by the connected reservation system. It must not necessarily be identical with a car rental class that the company has defined in its own individual Customizing settings (see IMG activity Define assignment of car rental classes to vehicle specifications).

Example

The vehicle class 'Middle' includes, among others, the models Renault Laguna 1.8RT., the Seat Toledo 1.8 GL and the Peugeot 405.
