Definition

You can control previously-defined situations in Travel Planning. Each table entry has a fixed meaning. Only the prespecified attributes can be used, and their respective values also have a fixed meaning.

The meaning of a value is always related to the contents of the 'Attribute' field.
Currently, the following attributes and values are used:

Attribute    Value    Meaning

ADDRESS    P0006    The address is taken from infotype 0006.

P0032    The address is derived from the building in infotype 0032.

NONE    No address is included in the PNR.

If there is no entry, or if the entry has a different value, the system proceeds as with the attribute NONE.

The supplement CONFIRM from position 6 always has the effect that a popup appears giving the user the opportunity to correct the address specified by the system or to enter the address if it is missing.

CABIN_CHANGE    NO    This parameter controls how the nego fare process is applied in pricing. If it is possible to do so, the pricing module changes the flight cabin specified in the itinerary by rebooking into a different cabin class so that the nego fare in the table for nego fare Customizing "Define Airfare Rates" can be applied. To prevent such changes, set the CABIN_CHANGE parameter to NO.

CANCEL_PLAN    DELETE    When a travel plan is canceled, all booked services are deleted.

MODIFY    When a travel plan is canceled, all booked services are stored with the status Canceled.

If there is no entry, or if the entry has a different value, the system proceeds as with the attribute MODIFY.

CAR_LOC    X    Forces the display and selection of a list of branches before the rental car availability is displayed.

CHECK_PNR        In travel expenses (transactions PR05 or TRIP), when a trip booked in travel planning is opened in display or change mode the system checks whether the booking (PNR) still exists in the reservation system and/or was changed outside the SAP system. The attribute controls the scope of this check.

BLANK    The check is only run for trips whose end date lies less than three days in the past (sy-datum < end date + 3 days).

X    The check is made for all trips regardless of their end date.

If there is no entry, or if the entry has a different value, the system proceeds as with the attribute BLANK.

CODE SHARE    X    Code share flights for which the flight is available with the operator will not be displayed in the flight availability list.

Y    Same as X except that flights that are offered by two operators as a code share, where one of the operators is the airline selected, will be displayed.

Z    All code share flights are filtered out of the flight availability list.

If there is no entry or no value, code share flights will not be suppressed.

Code share flights are suppressed before profile evaluation. It is therefore possible that after profile evaluation the flight with the operating airline is not shown either.

When a segment is suppressed from a connection, feeder flights that belong to the same connection are not displayed either.

DFLT_STATUS        Enter the value that was entered in the Maintain Travel Agency Status view (V_STATUSAGENCY). This value is then the default value for the Travel Agency Status field in the screen for creating the travel plan.

ETIX_REMARK    RM    Use this parameter with the value RM if the ETIX remark is not confidential and should be visible.

F_CKTIME    X    If overlapping flight requests are booked in transactions TRIP or TP01, the system issues a warning message. Message FITP 372 "There are overlapping flights"

F_FARE_SYNC        (for Amadeus only)

ALWAYS    Enables synchronization of fare and ticket information (TST) in travel plans even if airline tickets have already been issued. However, once flight tickets are issued, it is generally no longer possible to update or cancel the flight itinerary in travel plans. For more information, see SAP Note 1060604.

F_FLIGHT        This field controls the filter for flight availability queries. The first four positions each control a different aspect of the filter function.

        The default entry is 3NNN.

Position 1 controls whether a neutral availability query should also be made in the case of a restricted query for specific airlines.

N    If the specific query finds flights with available seats, no neutral query will take place.

1, 2, or 3 (default = 3)     An additional neutral query will take place. The number represents the number of queried screens.

Position 2 specifies the maximum number of availability queries allowed. AMADEUS allows you to enter two airlines per query. Too many queries reduce system performance.

N (default)    No limitation on the number of queries.

1,2,...9    This number shows the number of preferred airlines allowed per flight segment. The system response if this number is exceeded is controlled by position 3.

Position 3 determines the system response if the number of preferred airlines exceed the number defined in position 2 for the availability filter. If position 2 has value N, position 3 will not be used.

N (default)    The filter function is deactivated. Only a neutral availability query with three screens will take place, as otherwise the system response time would be too long.

Y    The availability filter contains the first n airlines, where n is the value in position 2.

Position 4 controls whether the filter functions as an exclusive filter. "Exclusive" means that only flights for which all flight segments are served by the requested airline will be returned. If the filter is not exclusive, it will also return flights where only one of the segments is served by the requested airline.

N (default)    The filter is not exclusive.

    Y     The filter is exclusive.

F_MSCDISABLE    X    The logic of the Most Significant Carrier is deactivated.

F_SEAT        This field controls whether and how traveling coworkers are displayed in the seating display for flights.

0    Traveling coworkers are not indicated separately.

1    Traveling coworkers are indicated separately but not identified by name.

2 (default)    Traveling coworkers are indicated separately and identified by name.

F_SCREEN    <Number of Pages>    Enter the maximum number of screen pages to be returned by the flight availability query. The default is 3 pages.

F_TIMEWI        For Amadeus; defines the time window for executing a fare-driven flight availability query. The default is 2 hours.

<Number of hours>    Enter the size of the time window in hours for the flight availability query. For more information, see SAP Note 1060438.

NO    Deactivates the time window option when executing a fare-driven flight availability query.

For Galileo with Release 470X200: Enter the new size of the time window in hours for the flight availability query. The default is 2 hours.

FKELEMENT        (for Amadeus only)

NO    The system does not create an FK element in the passenger name record (PNR) if offline synchronization TP10/TP12 is no longer used and the routing of information management records (IMR) and Amadeus interface records (AIR) is no longer required. For more information, see SAP Note 1094863.

FLIGHT_REQ        The first position controls whether the copy button appears on the flight query dialog box. This functionality is not available in the Web Dynpro interface.

BLANK    The copy button is displayed.

X    The copy button is not displayed.

FLIGHT_SORT        This parameter influences how flights are sorted in the availability list.

BLANK    The system sorts the flights&
