Documentation
Definition
Number or indicator for managing various requests or orders.
Use
If you have assigned the requests or orders for a procurement within one collective number, it is possible to list the requests or orders for this collective number, and to process them further.
Example
You have created 30 requests for the procurement of a machine system under collective number "MA-100". After the deadline of the quotation has expired, you want to determine the following:
- For which requests regarding this procurement has a quotation been received?
- What is the net price for each quotation?
You get this information by listing all requests for collective number "MA-100".
Dependencies
You can also use the collective number for load building (or for order optimizing), in order to summarize individual orders logically.
The system regards orders that have a collective number as optimized.
The processes for seasonal procurement also use the collective number for load building of single-store vendor orders. In this case, the system does not optimize orders within load-building.
