Definition

Specifies the key of a waiver period.

Use

The waiver period determines the period in a waiver condition for automatic waivers where the system calculates a waiver (regardless of the validity period of the waiver condition). This period can be used in the waiver formulas.

The system determines the period of a waiver period as follows:

  • The end of the waiver period corresponds with the end of the current settlement period.
  • The start of the waiver period is determined by taking into account the key dates (starting from the end of the waiver period) entered in Customizing for the Waiver period in your application.
