Use
This field is used for condition editing in Dialog Mode. In tiered or interval calculation: it combines the fields A_AMTLIMAMT
(Amount Limit for Date or Amount Components and O_AMTLIM_REF
(Reference Amount Limit) so that the entries for the tiered/interval limits do not require two columns.
- If you enter figures in the field, then the system interprets these as a number and thus as an amount.
- If you enter an alphanumeric value in the field, the system interprets this as a variable calculation basis.
You should only select variables using the input help for the field.
If you enter a variable calculation basis manually and the variable name consists of figures only, then an asterisk '*' must be placed before the name. If you do not do so, the system interprets the value as an amount. This is not required for variables that also contain alphanumeric characters.
Dependencies
If conditions are edited with API/MAPI , then the entries for amount limits are made in the following fields:
- for amounts in field
A_AMTLIMAMT
(Amount Limit for Date or Amount Components), - for variable calculation bases in field
O_AMTLIM_REF
(Reference Amount Limit).
You can make an entry in only one of the two fields for each condition item.
