Documentation
Definition
Specifies the number of days for which the validity periods of a condition group are displayed in the following transactions:
- Display Condition Group (F9COGR3)
- Edit Condition Group (F9COGR2)
Use
You can change how valid validity periods are displayed by entering a number of days:
- If you leave this field empty or enter 0, when you edit conditions the system displays all valid conditions from the date of the last usage in the settlement.
- If you enter a entry >0, the system deducts the number of days from the system date and ignores the last date of usage in the settlement. The system then displays the validity periods that are valid in this period.
However, if you want to display all the validity periods for a condition group, you can use the All Valid Conditions pushbutton on the menu bar in condition maintenance to display all valid conditions regardless of the number of days you have entered here. You can return to the restricted display by choosing Restrict Display.
Dependencies
Example
If you enter the value "90 days", the system displays all the valid conditions within the past 90 days (in relation to the date of display).
