Definition
This checkbox specifies whether flow records in reduced calculation periods are to be included according to due date.
You can set the following values:
- - Due date-related calculation ('X')
If the due date is within the calculation period, payment is made on the due date. If the due date is outside of the calculation period, it is disregarded and no payment is made.
- - Non due date-related calculation (' ')
The system always shifts the payment to a due date within the calculation period. See also Shift Due Date.
Example:
A condition (such as a charge) is valid for the period 01/01/2010 until 12/31/2010. The due date is defined as 05/01/2010. The checkbox setting is 'X'.
1. Case: Start of business is on 01.03.10. This means a reduced period (01.03.10 to 12/31/2010). The call date of the charge is 05/01/2010.
2. Case: Start of business is on 06/01/2010. This means a reduced period (06/01/2010 to 12/31/2010). The due date is outside of the calculation period. The charge does not have a call date.
