Definition

Valid-to date of the validity periods for archiving

Use

The system always determines the valid-to date of the relevant validity periods for the archiving analysis at runtime.

The valid-to date for archiving corresponds to the valid-to date of the validity period, taking into account the following properties:

  1. If the release status of the validity period is 30 (release rejected) or 50 (deleted), the technical time at which the system assigns the release status corresponds to the validity end date.
  2. If the contract that belongs to the validity period of the condition is closed or expired (card), the system saves one of the following dates as the valid-to date for archiving:
    • Master contract and card pool: date of contract termination
    • Account: end of the reactivation period
    • Card: valid-to date of the card
  3. If the release status of the validity period is 10 (in release) or 40 (in deletion) or 45 (in deletion, not released), the system does not calculate a valid-to date for archiving since the entire condition cannot be archived.

Dependencies

If at least one validity period cannot be archived for a condition within a series of subsequent validity periods, the system does not archive all validity periods that lie after this period.
