Definition

Specifies the interval between the differentiation values of a condition and the target value with reference to the value of the interval function that was used.

Use

The system must determine the most suitable conditions for the differentiation of conditions with comparison operators. The system determines the intervals between the conditions and the target value by using the right metrics.

The condition whose differentiation value is closest to the target value is used.

Dependencies

Example

Differentiation according to contract capital:

• 1. Condition: Contract capital <= 5,000 EUR
• 2. Condition: Contract capital <= 10,000 EUR
• 3. Condition: Contract capital <= 15,000 EUR

The target value of the contract capital of a contract is 9,000 EUR. The system must choose between the 2nd and the 3rd condition. The 2nd condition is chosen.
