Definition
Controls how the data is sorted in the output list. You can choose from the following sorting procedures:
- Company code, posting date, document number, system date, and system time
- Company code, posting date, official document number, document number, system date, and system time
Dependencies
If you run the report with version 4 (sales VAT), the report automatically sorts by the official document number, in accordance with Argentine legal requirements.
If you generate magnetic output, the report automatically sorts by posting date for a purchases (version 01) file, and by document date for a sales file (version 02).
