Procedure
If you want to generate a magnetic file, set this indicator and enter a file name as follows:
- To save it on the application server, enter a file name in the File name on applic. server field.
- To additionally save it as a local file on the presentation server, set the Save as local file indicator and enter a valid file path in the Name of local file field.
If you set this indicator and do not specify a file name, the system generates screen output only.

If you do not set this indicator, the report generates output for the standard Daily VAT Report.
