Definition

With this parameter, you define how long the data must be in the system before it can be archived.

Use

The only data selected for archiving is the data that has been in the system for at least the minimum number of days.If you set this parameter, you can prevent new data created being archived. The check refers to the date of creation of the relevant master data record.

If you do not enter a value here, there is no time restriction for the selection. You should note this particularly if you deactivate the option Consider Deletion Indicator. In this case, any new data

created could be archived unintentionally.
