Definition
This indicator controls whether the field group is displayed on the initial screen or on one of the following screens in planning.
Use
If the indicator is activated, the field group is immediately displayed in the planning overview or period screen.
The indicator controlling which field groups are displayed can be changed online at any time during planning.

Use
Field group used to store plan and actual costs incurred during activity allocation. The values are translated from the controlling area currency and stored in the (receiver) cost center currency or order currency.
The SAP System uses the exchange rate type and the value date for the relevant version and current fiscal year for this calculation.
Procedure
This field group can only be displayed if the conditions stated in the note are met.

This field group is only updated if the "Update all currencies" indicator is set for the relevant controlling area and fiscal year. If this indicator is not set, costs can only be calculated in controlling area currency.

Use
This field group is used to store the costs arising from a cost allocation; you can enter both planned and actual values for this field group. This value is stored in the controlling area currency and is determined from the result of the planned or actual quantity multiplied by the current planned rate in the controlling area currency.
Procedure
You can always display this field group.

The costs in the (receiver) cost centers or order currency are also calculated from this field group and are updated if you have requested the update of all currencies in the control indicators of the controlling area for the relevant fiscal year. If not, you can only calculate the costs in the controlling area currency.

This field group is used to store the costs arising from a cost allocation; you can enter both planned and actual values for this field group. This value is stored in the currency of the sender cost center and is determined from the result of the planned or actual quantity multiplied by the current planned rate in the sender cost center currency.

The planned credit in cost center currency is calculated from the product of the planned activity quantity and the total or fixed activity price in cost center currency.
Procedure
If you want to display the planned credit in cost center currency in planning, you must check off this field.
If you do not check off this field, you can still display this value, provided the conditions are met for the update (see note).
Note
You can only display this field group if you have activated the "All currencies" indicator for the relevant controlling area and fiscal year. If the indicator is not active, only the planned credit in controlling area currency is displayed.
