Use

Indicates the how much the last decimal place of a meter reading may deviate from the previous meter reading.

Is used for independent validation 96 (fixed value deviation).

Example

Previous meter reading: 100.00
Current meter reading: 100.70
Fixed value deviation: 15

In the case of two decimal places, the permissible deviation from the previous meter reading is 0.15.

Therefore, the meter reading is not in the permissible interval
99.85 <= current meter reading <= 100.15
