The following cases are possible:
- A data element is assigned to the component
- A structure is assigned to the component
- A table type is assigned to the component
- The component references a class or an interface, or contains a generic reference to ANY, OBJECT, or DATA
- The field component type is not filled. You enter the data type, the number of digits, and, if necessary, the number of decimal places directly after selecting the Predefined Type button. In this case the component type remains blank .
You can see the type of category to which a component is assigned in the data type field.
