Definition

Enter the intervals in which the values of your reference document numbers may be.

Values that are outside of these intervals are ignored by the program, and therefore cannot be used as information to clear open items.

Note that the intervals are alphanumerically interpreted. Leading blank characters as well as upper and lower case characters are ignored.

Examples:

  • The values 4711, 5000 and 5711 are in the interval 4711 to 5711. The value 5712 is not contained in this interval.
  • The values AAAA, AAAB and BBBB are in the interval AAAA to CCCC. The value AAAAA or BBBBB is not in this interval.
  • The values 4711, 5000, 11112 and 12345 are in the interval 4711 to 12345. AAAA, however, is also contained in the interval since letters come after numbers in the sort sequence.
  • The values A9 and AA are in the interval A7 to AC.
