Definition

Enter the intervals in which the values of your document numbers or reference document numbers may be found.

Values falling outside of these intervals are regarded by the report as invalid, and cannot therefore be used as information to clear open items.

XBLNR

The intervals for reference document numbers are alphanumerically interpreted. Leading blank characters as also upper and lower case characters are ignored.

Examples:

  • The values 4711, 5000 and 5711 occur in interval 4711 - 5711. Value 5712 is not contained in this interval.
  • The values AAAA, AAAB and BBBB occur in interval AAAA - CCCC. Values AAAAA or BBBBB are not contained in this interval.
  • The values 4711, 5000, 11112 and 12345 are in the interval 4711 to 12345. AAAA, however, is also contained in the interval since letters come after numbers in the sort sequence.
  • The values A9 and AA are in the interval A7 to AC.
