This flag is only applicable to plan data.
Definition
If you mark this flag, then the assignment of a WBS element to a network activity is treated as a flow from the network activity to the WBS element simulating a settlement of the network activity.
The reason for this special treatment is that a network activity is not a fully integrated CO object for planning. Therefore, settlement from a network activity is only possible for actual data.
