Definition
If you mark this flag, it is possible to define secondary cost elements in the regulatory configuration parameters which are totally ignored by the standard cost adjustment and the flow of cost trace procedures.
Use
This can be used for instance to ignore the assessment of the costs posted to a standard cost adjustment order.
Note
If the flag is not set then no secondary cost elements are ignored even if already entered into the exception table.
