Definition

You can use this text field to add a comment when entering payment advices, planned items, and bank account concentration.

In cash concentration, the text is copied to the advices generated.

If payment advices are converted into postings, the text is copied to the item text for the FI document line.

(The following options are available for the conversion to postings:

• Payment advices generated in cash concentration are converted into FI postings using report program RFFDBU00
• Payment advices generated in cash concentration are converted into payment requests using report program RFFDZA00; they can then be paid using the payment program.
• When generating payment advices, you can choose "Save account transfer" to generate pairs of advices which can then be converted into FI postings or payment request, like the advices from bank account concentration.)

As in FI, the following provision applies to the text:

Texts with a star (*) as their first character are copied to the line item list for correspondence - for example, dunning notices or payment notices. The prerequisite for this is that the "Text" field appears in the form for correspondence.
