Definition
An item can have one of the following statuses with regard to whether it can be deleted from a dispute case:
- New Item Added
- Removable Item
- Non-Removable Item
You can us the "Remove Disputed Item" function to remove a new item added or a removable item from the dispute case. The "Copy Item to Customer-Disputed Objects" function removes the item from the dispute case as a disputed item, and adds the corresponding invoice as a customer-disputed object.

Note that the following functions are not available if you create a dispute case from a clearing transactions: Remove Disputed Items, Copy Item to Customer-Disputed Objects, and Reset Removal.
