Definition
If you reorganize cash management, you must specify a summarization date. All totals records existing before the date you enter are summarized as of that date, thereby reducing the number of totals records.
All memo records and line items belonging to these totals records retain their original planning dates; they are not summarized as of this date.
In order that the reconciliation of the various planning dates is not interpreted as an error, enter the summarization date which you specified in the last reorganization. If you have forgotten it, you can enter a date you know is after the date of the last reorganization.
All memo records, line items, and totals records whose planning date is before the specified summarization date are reset to the summarization date. This ensures that the memo records and line items are assigned to the correct totals records.
If you make no entry in this field, the system assumes that no reorganization has taken place.
