Definition
You can over write the current date to call up the open items. In doing this, you can select items still open at this date. However, the program includes only items with a posting date before or on this date.
To compare the program output with the open item list, enter the same key date as in the open item list.
To compare the output with the cash management summary records, enter 12/31/9999 as the key date in order to ensure that documents with a posting date in the future are also included and that only open items are included.
