The fields for line layout define how and where the line is printed in the window.

The combination of line type and column type identifies a line layout.
The line layout fields determine the appearence and structure of the lines to be printed in the window.
When you chose column type S, you must enter <blank> in the Direct value field, since the information that should be issued in the totals column is not stored in any internal payroll table, but is determined only when the payroll account is created.
