Definition
Controls the way in which the system updates a date.
Use
You can use the following values:
- Periodic " "
The system updates the date periodically according to the frequency and working day shift. The update is also controlled by the Update with Fixed Periods checkbox. You can also specify one or more key dates for periodic updates if you have selected a repetition unit that is a week or a month.
- Relative "R"
The system determines the date to be updated in relation to a reference date. You can use the Reference Date After Working Date Shift checkbox to control the effect of the working day shift of the reference date on the date to be updated.
- Annual date block "E"
The system determines the date to be updated according to manually specified dates in one year. These manually defined dates are repeated each year.
- Ad hoc "A"
You can select Ad Hoc only if you have a payment condition and if the condition type is assigned with only the "Due Date (2250101)" date category. This allows you to define an extension order or shift the working days for this ad hoc condition.
