Definition

Specifies the number of seconds for the value date time shift.

Use

You can enter a number of seconds that is no higher than 86400 to shift the current value date time or system time. You can use the plus minus sign to move the value date time to the future (plus) or to the past (minus).

Dependencies

The system evaluates the number of seconds if the value date time determination is set through the value date time shift (Value Date Definition Category value is 3 # Value Date Time Shift).

Example

The referenced value date time is the same as the system time.

At 12:34:55, an item is posted that is to be moved forward by two hours for the value date time on the posting day. You enter 7200 in the Number of Seconds field.

This item thus receives a value date time of 14:34:55.
