Definition

Use

You use this checkbox to control how the system analyzes the boundary data for a period:

  • If you have set this checkbox, the system creates periods with an exclusive start date and an inclusive end date.
  • If you have not set this checkbox, the system creates periods with an inclusive start date and an exclusive end date.

Dependencies

The system only uses the settings made here if one of the following conditions has been met:

  • You have set the Inclusive checkbox in the Customizing settings for condition types.
  • You have set the inclusive checkbox in the product settings for Account Management to "Y" (the condition settings are important here) for the attribute "interest rate calculation period" (under "General Settlement Indicator").
