Documentation
Use
If you want to use a subitem category for the integrated data collection, use this field to tell the system what the assigned subitems logically stand for. The system uses these specifications for realtime updates, rollups and writing periodic extracts to automatically determine the respective sender field and to write the subitem with field's content.
Please note that the automatic sender field determination is predefined for integrated data collection using rollups for the following sender tables:
- the summary table of profit center accounting (GLPCT)
- the summary table with the functional area (GLFUNCT)
- the summary table of the flexible general ledger (GLFLEXT)
- the summary table of the consolidation staging ledger (GLT3)
- the G/L account master data for transaction figures (GLT0)
For all other sender tables, you must define the respective sender fields. To do this, you can use customer exit 230 in the enhancement FMC10011.
