Use

If this indicator is selected, the resulting list only shows comparisons of documents that show irregularities and thus indicate possible variances between Financial Accounting and Consolidation. The following situations are regarded as irregularities in this sense:

  • No Consolidation document was found for a selected document in Financial Accounting.
  • More than one Consolidation document was found for a selected document in Financial Accounting.
  • For a selected document in Financial Accounting, the balance per Cons item to which a posting was made is equal to zero.
  • No Financial Accounting document was found for a selected document in Consolidation.
  • More than one document was found in Financial Accounting for a selected document in Consolidation.
  • A consolidation document shows a balance not equal to zero in the local currency.
  • There is a difference between the local currency amounts in the documents in Consolidation and in Financial Accounting.

If this indicator is not selected, the list contains comparisons of all documents, regardless of the result.

Dependencies

This indicator is ignored if you have not selected the "Reconcile" option.
