The adjusted annual net income, which is adjusted for dividend payments and directors' bonuses, is posted to this item. The item must be defined as a statistical item, and its balance must be carried forward.
The adjustment for dividend payments is made independently of the calculation base for consolidation of investments. The same applies to the underlying annual net income - it is NOT void of the investment income.
The balance of this FS item determines the revenue or expense that is posted in divestitures.
