Definition
Determines the valuation allowance procedure to be used for treating negative goodwill in acquisitions.
Use
When you specify the treatment of negative goodwill for direct acquisitions (step acquisitions, increases/reductions in capitalization) or for indirect acquisitions (increases in indirect investment), the system posts a negative differential incurred in these acquisitions according to this setting, regardless of the treatment of negative goodwill defined in the consolidation of investments method.
Dependencies
You can specify only those values for the treatment of negative goodwill that are activated in system utilization for consolidation of investments.
