Definition
When this indicator is set, you determine that the characteristic should have a fixed value in the
breakdown category. This is useful for independent characteristics which are in a compound with dependent characteristics. The fixed value classifies the characteristic values of the dependent characteristics.
An example for this is the characteristic Subitem category: If you set the transaction type as a fixed value for the subitem categories in a breakdown category, then you create or post in all items which have this breakdown category, transaction types as subitems.
