Entrying a set name for the given characteristic correlates with data entry layouts and PC data entry with MS ACCESS as follows:
- If you are in key column with this characteristic in a data entry layout and you enter a variable instead of a set name, the system uses the set name entered here when data entry is carried out.
- The system uses the set specified here when downloading control parameters from the SAP System to the offline PC data entry program with MS ACCESS.
