Definition

Determines the period of the qualified intention for sale.

Use

This setting applies to the following consolidation functions:

• For reclassifications, you can apply a special logic to reclassify balance sheet accounts as the destination accounts Assets or Liabilities Held for Sale.
• Starting with the year and period of the qualified intention for sale, the system suppresses the planned amortization of fair value adjustments.
• For consolidation of investments, you can suppress the minority interest adjustments for those retained earnings resulting from the revaluation of assets intended for sale that affects earnings.

Dependencies

You can define the period of the qualified intention for sale only if you have first activated the Assets Held for Sale function in the dimension being used.
