Use
Activate this flag to create a hierarchy of consolidation groups grouped by companies. This maps companies onto consolidation groups.
Procedure
Examples
Assume that you have the consolidation units 1000-10, 1000-20 and 2000-10, which represent combinations of companies (1000 or 2000) and business areas (10 or 20).
Based on the consolidation units, a hierarchy of consolidation groups are created grouped by companies as follows:
- Consolidation group 1000 is created for units 1000-10 and 1000-20.
- Consolidation group 2000 is created for unit 2000-10.
- Both groups are linked to top consolidation group 1.
