Indicates whether the prior year's exchange rate should be used for currency translation.
Which exchange rate is used is determined during the translation process. One of the keys needed to access the exchange rate table is the date.
If this option is NOT selected, this date is then determined using the fiscal year variant of the consolidation unit being translated, and the fiscal year and period for which translation is taking place.
If this option is selected, the date is determined using the prior year, and not the year in which translation is taking place.
