Definition

When activated, this indicator basically allows you to enter and post the corresponding totals item.

The totals item may only be entered after you have:

  • defined the totals item in a data entry layout,
  • assigned the data entry layout to a data entry group,
  • inserted the data entry group in a data etnry profile, and
  • activated the indicator for entering totals items in the data entry profile.

The indicator must be activated in order to enter and post the totals item.
