Definition
The currency translation key specifies the following factors that influence the exchange rate for translation:
- The base currency
- The table in which the system reads the relevant exchange rate or amount that already exists in group currency
- The method used for translation
The base currency is usually the unit's local currency. With translation keys 9 and A, however, the transaction currency is used.
