Use
Set this flag to activate the consistency check of the breakdowns of financial statement items.
When a breakdown category is changed, for instance its definition or its FS item assignment, the consistency check checks if the items involved have any totals data or data concerning changes in investments or changes in investee equity. If so, the data is adjusted according to the new breakdown definition by a conversion to the database. Only then can the changes in the definition of the breakdown category or the item assignment of a breakdown category, be saved to a FS item.
Before deleting a FS item, the system checks whether any totals data or changes in investment or equity data exists for that item. If such data exists, the item can not be deleted.
Before deleting a breakdown category, the system checks whether that breakdown category is used by an item in the consolidation chart of accounts. When it is, the breakdown category can not be deleted.
